Do
you know what’s going on in your facility?
Drugs?
Escape?
Weapons?

Gang
Activity?

Tampering?
Terrorist
Recruitment?
Undercover
Agents Compromised?
Without
listening to inmate telephone calls, you would never know. That is,
until now!
Call IQ®
is our new tool designed to reduce criminal activity from making its
way into correctional facilities. This investigation tool works with
the recorded phone calls from the
inmate phone system and allows criminal investigators and
correctional staff to listen to only calls containing potential criminal
activity. The way the Call IQ® system works is that it automatically
transcribes the inmate phone calls from voice to text and alerts the
investigator of potential crime.
NOT word search
It is so
much more! Although, you can search for a word, Call IQ® allows
the investigator to enter a word or phrase and retrieve phone calls
containing that word and other related terms. For example, if the investigator
wanted to find out who smuggled in cocaine into a particular cell block,
he could search for the term cocaine and retrieve any phone calls that
mentioned the word cocaine, blow, powder, snow, etc. Call IQ® will
also retrieve other phone calls that may also be of interest. For example,
if the facility that is having issues with cocaine in its cell blocks
is also having problems with gang recruitment, Call IQ® will direct
the investigator to calls that use gang and drug terminology in the
same inmate phone call.
Call
IQ® designed for corrections
The problem
with conventional voice to text software and other inmate phone vendor
word search programs is that they rely on standard language models.
Those language models are generally trained by broadcast television
or college student volunteers. If you ask any correctional professional,
they will tell you that inmate’s language is nothing like broadcast
television or college students. Call IQ® is trained using your own
inmate’s phone calls. This allows the system to match the language
model with the phone calls that it will be searching. Once trained,
Call IQ® will continue to adapt as your language model changes.
Call IQ® also comes preloaded with a slang dictionary containing
over 65,000 terms and phrases.
