Our system was designed to integrate directly into your existing network, giving anyone with the appropriate authorization the ability to access the application from the comfort of their own office. In fact, our phone systems can be networked together to support a complex of facilities across an entire country. The system can even be accessed through a secure Internet connection, should you choose to do so. This means every function that is available from your desk is now available to you no matter where you are!

Internet Ready

With an internet ready system you will be able to access your system from anyway. All you need is a secure Internet portal. It is as if you have a traveling desk. This feature gives you the ability to:

Call Recording

Our voice recordings are all digital, available all the time! We offer you the flexibility to record one call, selected calls, or all calls while protecting attorney-client privileges. A multitude of search methods makes it easy to find, play, copy, and email recordings. Store your recordings on a variety of media devices such as: CD, DVD and network storage devices. You can even export and email your recordings to investigators. This technology with a Security Envelope that allows the listener to know if the recording has been tampered with, and you have one secure and efficient phone system! 

 

Call Alerts

We can notify you when calls are made to a specific phone number, specific inmate, specific phone or group of phones, or when any call is made from your facility. You pick the device you want to be notification to. Furthermore, you can schedule your notification method based on the time of day or day of the week. An unlimited number of methods and phone numbers may be attached to a schedule, ensuring that you never miss a chance to monitor a call. Cell phone or computer users with the proper security can silently monitor calls immediately after receiving an alert.

    

Call Monitoring

Silently monitor calls from any device that has a sound card and speakers. There are no special monitoring stations, phones or headsets required – just an internet or network connection. Monitor calls such as:

  • Calls to a Specific Phone Number
  • Calls Made by a Specific Inmate
  • Calls Made by a Specific Phone or Group of Phones
  • Calls Made From Your Facility

You can monitor these calls even when you leave the office with the appropriate security and an internet connection. One simple key press will allow you to record the call while you are monitoring.

Customize everything about your phone system! These profiles can be configured for an individual inmate, a single phone, a group of phones, or your entire facility. The profiles created will always stay with the inmate or phone regardless if they move locations. These profiles can support functions such as:

3-Way Call Detection

Detect and identify fraudulent call patterns! Our patented detection technology was engineered with the latest advances in switching technology in mind. Detect and report on three-way call attempts, limiting the amount of illegal activity in your facility.

Schedules

Change the way your phones work based on a customizable schedule! Change the functionality of a phone, a group of phones, all the phones, and even an inmate’s phone privileges based on the day, time of day, date range,or day of the week. An unlimited number of schedules can apply to a phone or inmate, permitting events such as:

  • Enabling Phones for Commissary Entry Only on Certain Days and Times
  • Allowing Extended Call Lengths on Holidays
  • Turning Phones On or Off Multiple Times During the Day
  • Restricting or Eliminating Calls for Inmates in Disciplinary Lockup

Call Blocking

Prevent unwanted calls! Calls can be prohibited to specific numbers, ranges of phone numbers, area codes and combinations of area codes and exchanges. The called party also has the option of automatically blocking calls from either the inmate calling them or all calls made from a facility.

 

Allowed Numbers

Never manually enter another allowed number again! Entering and updating these allowed number lists is a time consuming manual process. With our scanning technology, you can simply collect the phone numbers from your inmate population and scan these numbers into our system.

 

Commissary by Phone

Let inmates enter their own commissary orders while supporting the restrictions you need to enforce. These limits can be items such as:

Families can pay for phone calls 24/7! Now there is no excuse for blocked calls. Inmate family members can pre-pay for phone calls or pay on outstanding balances twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week through our secure website.
