The Probation & Parole Management
System (PPMS) application has come a long way, emerging from a basic
DOS application, stemming from the early 1990’s. The CMS is the
next evolution of our client server based adult probation system currently
installed in 48 counties in Pennsylvania, and numerous other counties
through out the United States. In addition to our CMS, we have imbedded
with in our Call-Track® application, which is an Interactive Voice
Response Reporting system.
This complete application will revolutionize
the Probation field and reduce facilities from keying data into two
separate applications or counting on an interface to do the job correctly.

Case Management System is an all-in-one solution to manage

web-based technology, the DSI Case Management System lets

Case Management |
A web based application that has multiple modules that the
facility will have at its disposal. The data is organized
for the users so they can find exactly what they are looking
for. At any given point it should never take the user more
than one or two mouse clicks to get where they need to go.
With so much information at the user finger tips the officers
will be able to keep track of the offenders and success
of failure of the probation. |

Generation Capability |
Business Objects is the report generator of choice. We provide
15 reports that are standard. Otherwise Business objects
is a tool that will enable the user to capture any information
from the database they would need. |
| Home Monitoring
Module |
The application provides information storage for the equipment
used by the offender and calculates the cost per diem.The
database has fields for the serial number and they type
either active or passive. |

Log |
Once an offender is enrolled in the CMS all data is tied
to that period of probation or parole. All the information
is tied together by an unique (computer generated number).

Case Notes |
CMS stores most screen changes in the case note section.
Examples are drug testing, violations, warrants. Case notes
are also the screen that the officers will relate all the
interaction they have with the offender, they will store
all phone calls and office visits. |

This screen measures the offender's educational status,employabilty,
community and social networks and their attitudes and associations
Intake History and Record Restoration . |

Service Monitoring |
This screen tracks the hours served by the offender on their
community service agreements. The module will also have
a database of all the community service agencies and their
staff. the module will show start and end dates, hours served
and notes on the success or failure of the program. |

|
Call-Track® represents a valuable tool for probation
to carry out its responsibilities. As with all tools, there
are appropriate applications. The counties currently using
Call-Track® are applying the technology to a
wide range of offenders as both a means of increasing supervision
contacts and increasing operational efficiency. Examples
include: DUI, DUI/ARD, Drugs offenses, mail reporting offenders,
out-of-county offenders, etc. |

DSI-OMS is a comprehensive inmate management system that
puts inmate data within your reach. The DSI-OMS is built
on open technology that allows integration with other systems
to provide single point of entry, but still allows individual
ownership of data. |

Digital Imaging can be used in correctional facilities for
the collection of inmate mug shots and for documenting scars,
marks, tattoos, and other distinguishing characteristics.
Multiple images per view can be captured for chronicling
