COMMISSION REPORTING - From the start, GTL built its commission tracking and reporting features to be transparent and accessible to its customers. You never have to wonder if you are being paid commissions for all of the revenue generated by your facility. GTL customers have complete access and ability to audit commissions directly from their on-site workstation.

ACCOUNTABILITY SUMMARY - GTL believes that accountability includes providing your inmates with effective methods of placing calls. It is our responsibility to insure maximum call completion, which results in higher revenue and happier inmates. It is our duty to accurately and clearly report and pay commissions on a timely basis and we take this duty very seriously.
