TRAINING

Global Tel*Link provides certified trainers to teach correctional personnel how to use the LazerPhone® Inmate Telephone System control program. Training topics include the system´s basic features, call detail reporting features, recording and monitoring, system overview, technical support and on-line help.

The LazerPhone® certified trainers will answer questions and perform demonstrations - either on an individual basis or in scheduled group training sessions.

Training and support is available to facility personnel, at no additional cost, throughout the duration of the contract and includes user on-line training, on-line manuals, toll free support, comprehensive user manuals, and user guides.

Personalized Training and Around-the-Clock Support

The simple on-line user interface of LazerPhone® will already be familiar to most correctional personnel because it is based on the Microsoft Windows™ platform. In addition, GTL’s comprehensive on-site training teaches you the necessary skills to utilize the system confidently and effectively.
