In the late 1980´s Global Tel*Link, a Mobile, Alabama-based firm, entered the telecommunications market with the introduction of an advanced “smart” store and forward public payphone system.

With the success of this public payphone system in several states across the country. Global Tel*Link´s unique product provided the facilities a convenient and secure phone system which required less administrative supervision while decreasing inmate phone-use fraud.

For more than 20 years, Global Tel*Link has provided exceptional telecommunications service to correctional facilities. Continuing the tradition of progressive technology and professional service, Global Tel*Link has expanded to include facilities in more than half of the United States.

Our distinctive products, including LazerPhone® and LazerVoice®, are designed for use in any size facility whether the inmate population is 5 or 5,000. About DSI-ITI, LLC.

DSI-ITI, LLC. is a technology company that specializes in automating corrections agencies. We have become the largest provider of software solutions to the corrections industry in this country by building a business practice focused solely on corrections. Our company offers a full range of client services, from business analysis and design to implementation services such as training, installation and data conversion.

Exceptional support and service means that our customers stay with us for a very long time as evidenced by our ninety-seven percent customer retention rate. Our product line includes offerings for: prisons, jails, probation, parole and juvenile detention.

About Public Communications Services, Inc. (PCS)

Our inception was a result of the Telecommunication Deregulation Act of 1987 allowing us to enter the operator services market. The deregulation gave us the unique opportunity to market operator services to over 70% of all private payphone vendors and the majority of inmate phones in the states of California and Nevada.

In the early 90’s PCS pioneered, designed, and developed the first "debit" system in the nation to meet the international calling needs of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This development led PCS to design and implement the first hybrid calling system that combined collect, prepaid collect and debit calling, with an interface to the facility’s existing commissary system. It was during the same time that PCS also designed and implemented a unique debit-only system for the State of Iowa Department of Corrections.
