Global Tel*Link has a policy of recording incoming customer calls to
its Customer Service Call Center for training and quality of service
purposes. Customers will hear a recording at the beginning of all calls

PCS DailyDial®
allows end users to set up a prepaid calling account and pre-pay
for calls received from inmates at correctional facilities
managed by Public Communications Services, Inc. Prepaid calling
accounts allow inmate friends and family to control and budget

you check my credit?

What
do I need to open an account?
We require
your name, address, telephone number, email the name of the
facility where the inmate is incarcerated and a personal username,
password and 4 digit PIN that you select. Close

How
much can I deposit on my DailyDial® account?
1. When
you pay via Credit Card or your checking account - You can
deposit any amount in excess of $25 to your prepaid account.

How
long do I have to wait before the deposit is credited to my account?
If paying
by credit card online, via a live agent or through our Automated
Self-Service Pay-By-Phone System at 1-888-288-9879, your deposit
will be available for use within 15 minutes. If sending in
a cashiers check or money order via mail, it will take 2-5
business days to set up your prepaid account after PCS receives

I
would like to receive calls from someone in a correctional facility,
but there is a block on my phone number, why?
Your
phone number can be blocked from receiving collect calls from
correctional facilities for several reasons:
1. Your local telephone company does not offer billing on
collect calls.
2. You have reached the maximum dollar amount limmit allowed
for collect calls.
3. You have requested a collect call block on your telephone
number.
4. You are trying to receive collect calls on a cell phone

my number is blocked due to any of the above reasons?

You have
several ways to check your prepaid account balance:

If your account is through OffenderConnect.com, you can login
your view your account balance there).
2. Call 1-888-288-9879 to check your current PCS DailyDial®
balance using our automated pay-by-phone feature any time.
There is no service fee charged to check your account balance.

Will
I receive a monthly statement for my prepaid account?
Please
note that when you set up a PCS prepaid account, you will
not automatically receive a monthly statement of your prepaid
calls. To receive a copy of your prepaid call usage, please
call our customer care department at 1-888-288-9879 or email

What
is the Daily Dial Prepaid Account Refund Policy?
Effective
June 14, 2010 PCS will be implementing a new refund policy
for all DailyDial® prepaid accounts, including both new
and exisiting accounts. A processing fee of $4.95* will be
deducted from the remaining balance of the account at the
time a refund is issued. No refund will be issued on accounts
with balances less than $4.95
For accounts paid via credit card, when possible, refunds
will be applied to the payment source last used. All other
refunds will be issued on a ConnectNetwork Western Union Prepaid
MasterCard. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
In addition, accounts that remain inactive for more than 90
days will automatically dissolved and no refund will be issued.
An account will be considered inactive if no calls are accepted
by the telephone number and no payments are made to the account
for more than 90 consecutive days.
*The $4.95 refund fee does not apply to the following sites:
- MI DOC
- IN DOC**
- Any PCS contracted facilities in New Mexico
- Ft. Lewis, WA (AAFES)
**IN DOC - Account disolve policy is 180 days and after mulitple
contact attempts (by phone and mail) by PCS to contact the
customer before the funds can be disolved. Close
