OffenderConnect® Intake Kiosk
The OffenderConnect® Intake Kiosk can decrease the amount of time it takes to book an offender into your system by using automation to quickly and accurately count any funds an offender may have in their possession. Using a simple touch screen interface, intake officers can quickly deposit cash and coins that might otherwise need to be logged as property, and instead add them to the offender's account. After utilizing the bulk coin and bill acceptors, the OffenderConnect Intake Kiosk generates a receipt for both the offender and a file copy. Security features including our advanced audit trail and secured cash storage help to minimize the risk of theft.

Friends and family of inmates can conveniently make deposits into any of the available accounts using the OffenderConnect® Lobby Kiosk. The OffenderConnect® Intake Kiosk can decrease the amount of time it takes to book an offender into your system by using automation to quickly and accurately count any funds an offender may have in their possession. Bulk coin and bill counters efficiently total all on hand cash and deposits the funds directly onto the inmates trust/commissary account. Once the currency has been accurately counted and logged, the kiosk generates receipts for the inmate and personal file. Auditing safeguards built within the system monitor cash removal procedures and logs all maintenance activity.

The OffenderConnect® lobby kiosk is designed to provide a convenient and simple method for offender friends and family members to deposit funds onto their own ("My Phone") telephone account, an offender's commissary/trust account or, in some cases, an offender's phone ("Offender Phone") account. The kiosks typically accept cash and Visa or MasterCard credit and debit cards but can be configured to accept just one payment type or the other.

Feature	Description
Heavy-Duty Protective Enclosure	Regardless of the style of kiosk installed within the facility, the durability of the machine will to withstand extensive day-to-day usage. Any routine maintenance can efficiently be completed with minimal interferance to the kiosk operation.
Convenient Cash Deposit Option	Minimizing or eliminating the handling of cash deposits by Correctional staff not only creates a more streamlined workflow procedure but also will reduce the threat of theft or missing funds, limiting the exposure for legal action.
Credit-Card Deposit Option	The kiosks have the availability to accept Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards in addition to most Visa and MasterCard issued Debit cards.
Secure Locking Mechanism	Safely secures the kiosk from unauthorized entry. Authorized services and technicians, such as Brinks, have the ability to access these mechanisms for cash pickups. The two stage locking system provides access to maintenance and cash pickup areas separately from internal processor components, so that only authorized users can access the system inside.
Easy to Navigate Touch Screen	A series of self-explanitory prompts will aide the Friend/Family Member in the navigation through the deposit process. This will decrease the amount of potential distractions for the Correctional Officers.
