IQ® |
Call IQ® is a revolutionary data mining applicationm
designed to reduce criminal activity from making its way
into correctional facilities. This investigation tool works
with the recorded phone calls from the inmate phone system
and allows criminal investigators and correctional staff
to listen to only calls containing potential criminal activity.
The way the Call IQ® system works is that it automatically
transcribes the inmate phone calls from voice to text and
alerts the investigator of potential crime. |

Management System |
The Probation & Parole Management System (PPMS) application
has come a long way, emerging from a basic DOS application,
stemming from the early 1990's. The CMS is the next evolution
of our client server based adult probation system currently
installed in 48 counties in Pennsylvania, and numerous other
counties through out the United States. In addition to our
CMS, we have imbedded with in our Call-Track® application,
which is an Interactive Voice Response Reporting system.
